Turkey: Announcement of the Apostle to the Gentiles

Turkey‘s history has its roots in the Christian empire of Byzantium, where the first Christian communities were born from the evangelization of St. Paul. We will follow him from his hometown Tarsus, Antioch, the base of the missionaries of the Gospel, to the great city of Ephesus where the Christian tradition has placed the house of the Virgin Mary and the tomb of St. John the Evangelist. In Cappadocia we discover the incredible development of Christian presence with the rupestrian churches and the underground city.  We then conclude our pilgrimage in Istanbul.
