Pilgrimage Guided By His Eminence The Venerable Khangser Rinpoche

chief locations :

12th -19th December 2026
Duration: 7 Nights / 8 Days
Bodh Gaya - Kushinagar - Sarnath - Varanasi

This journey is a pilgrimage through the sacred landscape of the Buddha’s life and teachings.
From Bodh Gaya, where the Buddha attained Enlightenment beneath the Bodhi Tree, to
Nalanda, the great center of Buddhist learning; from Rajgir and Vulture Peak, where the
Buddha gave profound teachings, to Vaishali, closely connected with the final years of his
life; and finally, to Kushinagar, where he entered Mahaparinirvana, each place holds a
unique place in the Buddhist tradition.

What will make this journey truly special, however, is the presence of His eminence Rinpoche
Khangser throughout the pilgrimage. Rinpoche ‘s presence and teachings will allow us to
feel these living places of Buddhist practice, helping us to understand their meaning from
within the tradition itself. Moments of teaching, meditation, reflection and silence will be
woven into the journey whenever appropriate, creating the possibility to pause at these
extraordinary places where the Buddha lived and taught while receiving guidance,
teachings and inspiration along the way
